A roster/waiver form MUST be filled out by EACH team! The team manager is responsible for submitting this to our office via our P.O. Box address listed above.
Please DO NOT turn your roster/waiver form into your scorekeepers. THIS MUST BE SENT INTO OUR OFFICE ADDRESS!
You can add/ minus a player up until the 7th week of the season.
After the 8th week of the season the roster is frozen.
If you don't have a roster turned in by the 7th week of the season...YOU FORFEIT YOUR TEAM OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS!
BE ADVISED!...You are allowed a 25 man or woman roster, therefore there are NO late player adds to your roster after the date it is frozen. NO EXCEPTIONS! Be prepared for player injuries, and put a few back up players on your roster, therefore there will be no issues.
